For the purposes of this valuation exercise we are discounting them from this statement. They are so exceptional they need to be looked at in a different manner, more along the lines of a multi partner firm. The first two categories are straight forward in valuation. For further information on the larger sole practitioners (and we have seen them at well over £2 million) please talk to Goldsmiths separately.
